Emma

Emma joined Trapeze in November 2018, moving away from HR Management (10 years+ HR experience) into recruitment. She is a very competent recruiter from a HR perspective and possesses great empathy regarding the recruitment process and knows what constitutes a positive recruitment experience. During her career to date she has worked in the Healthcare Sector, Manufacturing and Motor Trade. Since joining Trapeze, she has been extremely successful and a true asset to the business. Her communication as a recruitment consultant, especially with candidates, is the best Jo has ever witnessed in her recruitment career.

Outside of work, Emma loves travelling in her motor home and eating out.

Jo still works vacancies along with offering support and guidance. Her key strength is searching, with a great ability to quickly match a candidate’s skill set and employment history to a job description (and vice versa). Her extensive knowledge of local companies and their ethics contributes significantly to this required recruitment skill. The values of the business are at the forefront of every decision taken and will be continually upheld. So many elements of a job can be trained and are learned behaviours, but when recruiting it becomes so much easier when you know and understand the values of a business and how people’s personalities and attributes are able to represent these values.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys gardening and spending time at her gallery.

Jodie joined Trapeze at the start of 2023, possessing a background within the property and recruitment industry. She is a bubbly people person who enjoys engaging with others and can quickly form strong working relationships with candidates and clients alike. Jodie has a passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying talented candidates. She thrives when headhunting, networking, understanding clients’ needs and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. Jodie is committed to driving excellence and facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and success.

Outside of work, Jodie loves exploring new places and socialising with friends.
