Values-based Recruitment

Joined Trapeze in November 2018, moving away from HR Management (10 years+ HR experience) into recruitment. She is a very competent recruiter from an HR perspective – she possesses great empathy regarding the recruitment process and knows what constitutes a positive recruitment experience. During her career to date she has worked in the Healthcare Sector, Manufacturing and Motor Trade. Since joining Trapeze, she has been extremely successful and a true asset to the business. Her communication as a recruitment consultant, especially with candidates, is the best Jo has ever witnessed in her recruitment career.

Our newest addition to the team, joining in January 2020 as a Recruitment Administrator. Her main role is to offer support to Emma and Jo in the complete 360 recruitment process and to greatly assist in promoting the Trapeze brand. Caitlin is at the start of her career having recently graduated, but possesses a clear passion to pursue her career in recruitment. Jo and Emma very much look forward to witnessing her success and supporting her in becoming an exceptional recruiter.

Still works many vacancies along with supporting and guiding the team. Her key strength is searching, with a great ability to quickly match a candidate’s skill set and employment history to a job description (and vice versa). Her extensive knowledge of local companies and their ethics contributes significantly to this required recruitment skill.

With every new appointment to the team, and as all members of the team grow and evolve, the values of the business are at the forefront of every decision taken and will be continually upheld. So many elements of a job can be trained and are learned behaviours, but when recruiting it becomes so much easier when you know and understand the values of a business and how people’s personalities and attributes are able to represent these values.

If a business does not have clear values that are the core of their operations, how do they know what they are looking for in their employees?
